Job Responsibilities

. Support the development and implementation of the company's HR strategy and organizationalstructure for the Indonesia branch . Manage key HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, training and HR operationsBuild and improve HR policies, processes and systems to ensure effective and compliant implementation Take ownership of recruitment targets and ensure timely hiring for key positionsDevelop competitive compensation and incentive plans together with branch management to support business performance .Lead annual manpower planning, organizational optimization, talent review and employeeengagement initiatives in coordination with HQ . Promote company culture and employee engagement to build a positive and collaborative working environment Manage employee relations and ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulationsSupport other HR and administrative matters for the branch, including supervision of oneadministrative specialist

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management,Business Administration or a related feld .8+ years of HR and General Affairs experience,ideally with broad HR management exposure.Strong hands-on experience across recruitment, compensation &benefits, performancemanagement,employee relations, training & development and organizational planning Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills Reliable, responsible, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment .Fluent Mandarin and English are required Experience working with Chinese-headquartered or multinational companies is a plus
