Job Responsibilities Formulate overseas business operation plans and budgets, deliver business targets, and continuously optimize the profit model. Expand overseas sales channels and develop key overseas clients. Develop product plans based on overseas market demands; collaborate with internal teams to complete new product certification, mass production and launch, and manage SKUs and inventory. Lead overseas brand promotion, advertising campaigns and exhibition operations; monitor competitors and strictly comply with overseas medical device advertising regulations. Build the overseas business team, improve performance and incentive systems, and develop talent pipelines. Oversee compliance management including CE, FDA and ISO13485, and control risks related to payment collection, inventory and supply chain. Cooperate with R&D, production, quality control, finance and other departments to ensure efficient allocation and delivery of business resources.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in biomedical engineering, medical devices, engineering, marketing are preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience in medical devices, aesthetic optoelectronic hardware or health hardware; proven track record as the head of an overseas BU with full P&L ownership. Familiar with the full value chain of integrated manufacturing and trading hardware products; knowledgeable about Class II medical device compliance and CE/FDA certification requirements. Prior experience managing a team of 20+ members; existing overseas resources in phototherapy beauty and physiotherapy equipment are preferred. Strong business acumen, skilled in strategy formulation and cross-departmental coordination, pragmatic and result-oriented, adaptable to a growing enterprise. Excellent business negotiation and risk management skills; willing to travel overseas. Work Location: Shenzhen, China
