Responsibilities include handling account top-up issues, penalties, bugs, complaints, risk control, and related inquiries, as well as assisting users with problem-solving; 2. Service regions: English mainly serves North America, while German, French, and Spanish serve their respective countries. 【Benefits】 English total salary: 8k-10k RMB, German/French/Spanish total salary: 10k-12k RMB; 1. Spanish; Each language will have a native-level customer service representative who can read and write; 2.
