Job Responsibilities

What you'll do Own overseas accounts end to end. You'll develop and manage brand-side clients — primarily in Europe and North America — working the full decision chain across procurement, R&D and product teams, from first contact through sampling, validation and repeat volume production. Sell solutions, not price lists. You'll translate what a client needs into a technical proposal, then work with our internal R&D and project teams to drive sampling, certification and production milestones. This role is not quoting and waiting. Run exhibitions independently. Beauty packaging and personal care trade shows are our main acquisition channel. You'll own pre-show outreach, on-floor negotiation, and post-show follow-up within 48 hours. Grow what you win. Expand existing accounts from a single product into multi-technology combinations, and raise revenue per client year over year. Feed the business. Market and competitor intelligence, plus rolling sales forecasts that our supply chain plans against. Reports into the Marketing Center.

Job Requirements

What we're looking for Required： 3+ years in B2B international sales English as a working language，you can run technical discussions and commercial negotiations independently, not just handle email (there's an English-language conversation in the interview) Willing to attend exhibitions Based in Shenzhen, full-time on site Overseas client relationships or working experience in beauty, skincare, personal care, beauty devices, or aesthetic medical equipment Direct experience selling to European or North American brand owners, or handling OEM/ODM projects at a packaging, contract manufacturing, or beauty device factory Experience selling technical products — you can read a spec sheet and stay on top of sampling and certification timelines (CE, FDA, FCC and similar) Nice to have： Study or work experience abroad · An existing overseas client list you can bring · Established relationships in the cross-border exhibition circuit
