Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do Social Media Manage and grow ZALO’s Instagram and TikTok channels. Create weekly/monthly content plans and publish Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form content. Research trends, sounds, formats, hashtags, and viral content. Develop creative content that reflects ZALO’s premium and sophisticated image. Monitor performance and provide insights and recommendations. Influencer & KOL Marketing Research and identify creators across the US, Europe, and other international markets. Build and manage an international influencer database. Negotiate product gifting, paid collaborations, affiliate partnerships, and content deliverables. Develop long-term relationships with high-potential creators and manage KOL campaigns. Content Creation Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns. Participate in filming and content production when needed. Shoot and edit simple short-form videos using CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. International Market Research Monitor trends across intimate wellness, beauty, lifestyle, fashion, and consumer products. Research competitors and their social media strategies. Share insights on international consumer preferences and market trends.

Job Requirements

Must-have Native or highly proficient English. Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok. Experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field. Creative mindset, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Proactive, independent, and comfortable taking initiative. Willing to work full-time on-site in Suzhou. Comfortable working professionally within the intimate wellness / adult lifestyle industry. Strongly preferred 2+ years of relevant experience. Experience working with US or European markets. Experience with CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. Background in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, consumer products, or e-commerce.
