Job Responsibilities

1.Coordinate on-site warehouse operations, working with warehouse partners, customs brokers, and internal business teams. 2.Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, inspections, and operational exceptions to keep goods moving efficiently. 3.Support customs clearance by coordinating documentation, tracking clearance progress, and escalating delays or discrepancies. 4.Coordinate goods receiving, inventory control, order dispatch, and the resolution of on-site operational issues. 5.Review warehouse billing and reconcile charges with service providers. 6.Keep business teams informed of inventory availability, shipment status, and operational issues to support timely order fulfillment.

Job Requirements

1.Relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, cross-border trade, or supply chain operations. 2.Familiarity with international warehouse operations, customs clearance coordination, and order fulfillment processes. 3.Portuguese proficiency is required, together with working proficiency in either English or Mandarin Chinese. 4.Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with local warehouse teams, customs brokers, and overseas colleagues. 5.A hands-on approach to problem-solving, strong ownership, and the ability to adapt to the local working environment. 6.Experience with Brazilian warehouse operations, cross-border logistics, or customs clearance coordination is preferred.
