Job Responsibilities 1. Localization: Handle translation, LQA, local content assessment and related tasks to maintain and elevate localization quality. 2. Tier 2 Customer Support: Manage remote Brazilian support team, allocate tickets, perform QA audits, and resolve escalated user complaints. 3. Local Market Insights: Conduct product and user research under the guidance of the planning team, and produce actionable insights. Engagement Type Long-term part-time, ~16 hours/week. Candidates available for full-day commitment every Tuesday and Friday are preferred. Exact working hours are negotiable.

Job Requirements

Requirements 1. Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker. Must be proficient in either Chinese or English for workplace communication; Chinese language ability is a strong plus. 2. Familiar with Truco and Domino. Candidates who enjoy card & board games are preferred. 3. Sharp, results-driven and highly accountable. We prioritize candidates who can move projects forward independently. Prompt response is mandatory for remote roles. Preferred Qualifications Brazilian international students based in Guangzhou; Chinese expats residing in Brazil; prior experience in game operations, customer support or LQA. Location On-site in Guangzhou is preferred. Remote part-time arrangement is also available.
