Engine Platform Technology Strategic Planning and Feasibility Analysis for Installation during the Pre-research Phase; ◆ Design and Review of Engine System and Overall Technical Solutions, Finalization of Technical Plans; ◆ Pre-research on New Engine Technologies, Implementation of New Technology Applications; ◆ DVP Testing Planning, Formulation of Testing Plans and Evaluation of Test Results; ◆ Guide Engine and Component Development Personnel in Detailed Compact and Lightweight Design; ◆ Review Existing System and Component Design Plans and Provide Rational Recommendations; ◆ Establish Design and Testing Standards for Large-displacement Engine Development.

Job Requirements

1、Possess strong communication and coordination skills, resource utilization capabilities, and teamwork abilities to ensure project resources. 2、Proficient in using office software (PPT, Excel, etc.) to complete document preparation and ensure project objectives. 3、Capable of 5W analysis, daily management, problem identification and resolution, and skilled in preparing A3 reports. 4、Proficient in using PROE/CREO, CATIA, or other 3D software, as well as CAD or other 2D software. 5、Experience in developing large-displacement motorcycle powertrain engines (above 1000cc) is preferred.
