Job Responsibilities

Maintain close relationships with key customers' R&D teams to understand their needs and future application trends. Manage and drive customer projects from initiation through completion. Act as the technical service window for customers; analyze product-related issues and collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve them. Collect, organize, and summarize key application trends, competitive intelligence, and new product definitions; report regularly to R&D and Marketing.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher. 2+ years of experience in FAE, Quality, Process, or Production within the PCB, IC substrate, or OSAT industry. Strong technical foundation with the ability to quickly master product applications. High emotional intelligence; able to communicate with diverse personalities, listen effectively, and accurately identify customer needs and intent. Strong ability to train sales teams on products and/or technical topics. Excellent logical thinking, written and verbal communication, and teamwork skills. Must be legally authorized to work in the location of the role.
