Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the local company's overall strategic planning, organization and coordination, resource integration and operation, marketing, business risk management. 负责本土公司整体的战略制定，组织协调，资源整合和运营、营销、风控管理。 2. Responsible for setting and implementing sales targets and plans in alignment with headquarters’ strategy and requirements, including own-brand and OEM sales.负责依据总部战略及要求制定并落地销售目标与销售计划，统筹自有品牌及 OEM 业务。 3. Responsible for existing business maintenance and improvement, maintaining old customers, developing new customers. Constantly explore market chance, develop online & offline channels, providing after-sales service to achieve rapid growth of business through multiple channels. 负责业务维护和推广，维护老客户，开发新客户。不断挖掘市场机会，开拓线上线下渠道， 提供售后服务，多渠道实现业务快速增长。 4. Provide regular business reports, track and study the marketing status, experience and methods of various channels in the industry, and provide relevant developing suggestions. 定期提供业务报告，跟踪研究行业内各渠道的营销现状、经验和方法，并提供相关发展建议。

Job Requirements

1. Over 10 years of experience in OPE industry in Germany, with at least 5 years of end-to-end operational experience as Regional MD or Division Head.10 年以上德国OPE赛道，5 年以上区域 MD / 事业部负责人完整经营经验。 2. Well-versed in dual-channel operations covering B2B wholesale and B2C retail chains; proven track record in full-category procurement negotiation and supply chain cost control for retail retailers.熟悉 B2B 批发 + B2C 商超双线渠道，有商超全品类采购谈判、供应链控本经验。 3. Experience of MD/VP at Positec、Greenworks、Einhell、Chervon、TTI is preferred. 拥有 Positec、Greenworks、Einhell、Chervon、TTI 等公司的 MD/VP 者优先 。 4. Experience of MD/VP at Obi, Bauhaus and Hornbach is preferred. 担任过 Obi, Bauhaus, Hornbach 等零售商的MD/VP 者优先。 5. Fluency in?German and English?is essential;?德语和英语流利是必要条件。 6.Living nearby Dusseldorf is preferred.杜塞尔多夫附近优先。
