Job Responsibilities

1. Design and deliver interactive, age-appropriate English lessons for Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 7 students following the school curriculum. 2. Create a positive, immersive English environment to stimulate students’ interest in oral English, listening and communication. 3. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, classroom games and activities tailored to young learners and early junior high students. 4. Assess students’ learning progress, give regular feedback and maintain student learning records as required by the school. 5. Collaborate closely with Chinese co-teachers to align teaching goals, share teaching ideas and coordinate class management. 6. Take part in essential school teaching activities, including teaching meetings, demo lessons, student English events and performance activities. 7. Comply with all school rules, teaching requirements and safety management regulations.

Job Requirements

1. Native English speaker. 2. Eligible for Z Visa application or holding a valid Z Visa. 3. No gender restrictions. 4. Minimum 3 years total teaching experience, with at least 1 year of in-class teaching experience in mainland China. 5. Good classroom management skills, patient and friendly with young learners. 6. Able to communicate smoothly with local Chinese teachers and school administrators. 7. Responsible, reliable, and passionate about English education for children and teenagers.
