Student Profile: Ages 6-16 (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) 6. Start Dates: Nanjing, Shanghai, and Hangzhou in December; Chengdu in February 2027; Guangzhou in December 2026/January 2027; Beijing (long-term recruitment). 7. Salary range: 17,000–18,000 RMB pre-tax (depending on the city), no accommodation provided. 8. Working Hours: No fixed schedule; rest two days during the week based on class scheduling. Monthly contract hours: 60, with additional hours at 150 RMB/hour. 9. Benefits: 12 days of paid annual leave, 5 days of paid sick leave, and all statutory public holidays in China. Classes are held on weekday evenings and weekends during the spring and autumn semesters, with two days off per week and no fixed office hours during the day. For winter and summer camps, Sundays are off. Additional benefits include an annual flight allowance, an annual contract completion bonus, and medical insurance.
