Job Responsibilities

1. Design and deliver age‑appropriate, play‑based English lessons and interactive activities for 3‑6‑year‑old kindergarten children, foster kids’ interest in English and cross‑cultural awareness. 2. Participate in daily kindergarten routines including morning circle time, story‑telling, songs, games, outdoor activities and thematic events. Work alongside Chinese co‑teachers to maintain classroom safety and positive class atmosphere. 3. Prepare lesson plans, teaching resources and student observation notes as required by the curriculum framework. Join regular teaching meetings, peer observations and internal professional training. 4. Engage in kindergarten‑wide English‑themed performances, festivals, open‑day activities and parent‑engagement work. Maintain positive communication with parents regarding children’s progress. 5. Fully comply with kindergarten management regulations and Chinese education policies; set positive role‑model behaviour for young children.

Job Requirements

1.Native English speaker. 2.Bachelor’s degree or above; valid TEFL / TESOL / CELTA 120‑hour teaching certificate. 3.Mandatory: Practical working experience in a Chinese kindergarten environment. Familiar with Chinese kindergarten daily operations and early‑childhood class management. 4.Passionate about early childhood education, patient, energetic, good at interacting with young children. Capable of cooperating smoothly with local Chinese teaching teams. 5.Clean criminal background check, physically fit for kindergarten teaching. Eligible to apply for China Z‑work visa.
