Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities Train show jumping riders (juniors, adults, competition riders). Develop training plans, curriculum, and competition goals. Train and condition show jumping horses. Lead teams to domestic and international competitions; handle entries, logistics, horse transport, and veterinary compliance. Familiar with FEI and Chinese Equestrian Association rules; plan and execute competition season. Coordinate with club management and stable team. Ensure rider safety, horse welfare, and training discipline.

Job Requirements

Requirements Foreign national, fluent English (Chinese a plus). 3-5+ years show jumping teaching and competition experience. FEI/CSI competition experience; familiar with competition systems. International coaching certification preferred (BHS, FEI, FN, GALOP, etc.). Able to independently plan training and competition schedules. Team management and communication skills. No criminal record; eligible for China work visa.
